BIOGRAPHY
A proud native of Springfield, Kentucky, Richie joined the Diversity and Inclusion staff at °µÒ¹³ÉÈËÊÓƵ in 2024, bringing with him more than 25 years of management experience. Prior to joining °µÒ¹³ÉÈËÊÓƵ, Richie served as the office manager for a reputable heating and cooling company, where he honed his leadership and organizational skills.
Richie is passionate about community involvement and dedicates his time to helping others whenever possible. A devoted sports enthusiast, he enjoys cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats’ football and basketball teams.
Richie is happily married to his wife, Crystal, and together they have five wonderful children: Quinton, James, Joseph, Sylar, and Nicholas. Family and community remain at the heart of everything Richie does, making him a vital and compassionate member of the Diversity and Inclusion team.
